Navneet has close to two decades of experience in the fields of Defense Research, Software and Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Management Research with various firms including Defense Research and Development Organization, Infosys Technologies, Philips, Creax Technologies, Wipro Technologies and Hexaware Technologies. He is a leading expert, researcher and consultant on Innovation Management and has built a variety of frameworks, methodologies and techniques to craft innovation in business and technology contexts.
Navneet has authored more than 40 technical research papers and is an invited speaker at various International and National Conferences. In a career spanning more than 12 years, Karthik has facilitated innovation conceptualization and execution in various contexts including processes, business strategy, products, technology evolution and intellectual property.
His current areas of interest include technology evolution, inventive principles and innovation sociology. Some of his published writings include Implement a Holistic Patent Strategy for Maximum Value, The Vedic Inventive Principles, Fuelling Innovation through New Organizational Forms and Designing Ultra Large Scale Systems – Can Lean Inventive Systems Thinking Help. Karthik devotes some portion of his time (as Visiting Faculty) in passing on innovation memes to students at some of India's leading business schools.
